Sally the Standing Doll paper doll is number 1042 from Lowe Publishing.  It is from the 1940s.  Here is the front cover.  Sally is dressed in her slip ready for all her fun outfits.  There is a little lamb standing next to her and a couple of rabbits and a squirrel on the ground below her.  The animals on this page also have stands to cut out and stand up.

This is the back of the doll, as well as the back of the stands for the Rabbits, Squirrel, Kittens and Lambs.

Clothes for Sally the Standing Doll:

The clothes for this doll were made to be inserted into the slots.  For each outfit there is both a front view and a back view and the child would put the outfit on the front and back of the paper doll.  This first outfit is a yellow outdoor play suit for wintertime.  The front has double rows of buttons across the front and is trimmed in red.  The pants have some red buttons down towards the bottom.  There are red mittens as well.  And there is a red hat.   There is a small snowman and sled on this page as well.

Here are some night clothes for our little Sally.  She has a long blue nightgown with pink bows and a pink pocket, as well as pink flowers running across the bottom.  The other nightgown shows her back and has a pink bow tied around the waist.  Sally is kneeling by her bed saying her prayers.  She also has a teddy bear here who has on a pink nightgown and is resting on her pillow that has green tassels.

Here is a green snow suit.  The front has a belt at the waist and white mittens included.  There are red pom poms at the neck and on the hat.  There are black boots on the feet.  There is a Dotson dog with a blue bow around his neck as well.

Some summertime outfits - a blue dress with a white blouse and a cute tan and brown sun suit.

These are some little play suits of red and white stripes.  The front has double buttons running down the front and a yellow duck on the front.  The back has a really cool pleat on it.  There is a teddy bear with a pink bow around his neck.
